Ten Kinds of Titles That Get My Attention

Hey guys!

Today I decided to make a list of books with titles that really stand out to me. I know there are a lot of people who are more swayed by the cover design of a book to make them pick it up in a bookstore, but for me, sometimes a really creative title will do it. 😊(I mean, not all the books in stores are laid out with the cover on display, most of them are stored normally on the shelf with the spines facing out.) So, here are ten kinds of great titles in my opinion that will definitely get me interested.

*This post was a pain to write because I was up until 1:30 last night on Goodreads looking through my favorite titles on my TBR. My TBR has over 1,200 books on it so...yeah. Plus, as I am trying to write this I am listening to music on YouTube and I got distracted and fell down the black hole of clicking on videos of high school choirs singing Disney medleys. (Smacks forehead) See? This is what I get when I actually try to be productive. I actually got up and took a shower and ate breakfast this morning! In the middle of summer! When I actually don’t have to go anywhere today! This never happens guys. I’m not even typing this in my pajamas, I’m wearing actual clothes, it’s a miracle!😂

*All credit for the book cover images goes to Goodreads. To go to their each book's Goodreads page to learn more about them, just click on the book. 😀

 1.    Titles That Actually Mention Books IN THEM

Mr. Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore (Mr. Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore, #1)The Invisible Library (The Invisible Library, #1)The Book of Lost Things

I mean, of course if it's a book about anything related to books, I'll have to read it! 😄

3. Titles With Keywords Like "Queen"

The Shadow Queen (Ravenspire, #1)The Orphan Queen (The Orphan Queen, #1)

I love how all of the titles in this series are taken from nursery rhymes.
